VOICES...........

There’s a voice in our head that tells us we are not enough.

Some days it’s quiet and other days it’s super shouty. We let 

so much negativity flow from our brains throughout our 

bodies and eventually we start to believe it and own that we 

are inadequate or less than. 

We can't let this voice derail us from our purpose. Next time 

you hear miserable words floating through your 

brain....deflate them immediately by reflecting on and 

speaking the words of Ephesians 2:10.

"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do 

good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
