Miscellaneous Thoughts........

There are times when God wants to use us in someone else's life; it may not be pretty or comfortable, but they need to see Jesus! It isn't a mere cliche...for many you and I are the closest image some will see as Jesus in their life. Be a good listener, exude compassion, express love, and overflow with grace and mercy. Speak when necessary; however, in many cases a few words go a long way, but the other qualities I mentioned are powerful and can be life-changing.

You MUST choose to love everyone! Even those nasty-tongued people who talk about you. Yes, even them! You don't have to like them....or hang out with them, if they cast darkness in your life. Learning to offer your love to those who do not love you, to those who mistreat you, can be very difficult. It is only through your loving relationship with Him that you can do this. Love and just let the bad stuff go! Just know that God will handle it and live in joy, peace, and freedom! Always lift those who are negative and hurtful in your prayers. There, again, it is not easy to pray for those who hurt you, however, just their attitude alone shows you that something is missing in their life. Speak life, all good things, over them and pray their evil to be covered by the power of Jesus. Amen! †

Judge your worth and value by what God says about you in His Word, not by how somebody else treats you.
Ephesians 2:4-10

We are to offer our bodies....."Dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice....the kind He will accept. When you think of what He has done for you, is this too much to ask?" ~ Romans 12:1 Why should we offer our bodies? Because it is the place where sin functions. It could be something we say with our mouths, something we look at with our eyes, or something we touch. We must be intentional, then our decisions will be different. Be a vessel of honor! †

Now is the time to rise above those negative circumstances and believe what God says about you. You are blessed, favored, loved....Speak life....all good and positive things over every situation. Do not allow negative words, feelings, or emotions to control who you are in Jesus. God has an awesome plan for your life so don't be the one to block all that He has in store for your journey. †

Live a life of expectancy. Confess to the Lord that you believe He can do anything. Allow the Lord to fill you with hope that this is the season for miracles in your life.

"I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit."
